Welcome to Integrity Movement Lab, a multi-disciplinary and body-neutral movement lab.
Come to us for continued strengthening post physical therapy, mobility work to move more freely in your everyday life, or to gain strength safely and with skill. We welcome workshops from various disciplines to enrich your movement experience. We are a body-positive studio and welcome people of all ages and abilities.
Strength training has been in the news for its importance in building bone, connective tissue and muscular strength. Explore strength skills as a total beginner or as someone wanting to work deeper into their technique in our Basic Strength, Barbell Club and Kettlebell Classes.
