Kathryn Londoff
Founder and Lead Instructor
Kathryn's passion is to help those 40-100 years-old feel empowered, capable and able to accomplish whatever activities they want to do and whenever they want to do them! Pain from scoliosis and hypermobility lead Kathryn to explore strength training which she has found to be the key to feeling young, pain-free and robust. She has also explored anatomy and movement patterns through NeuroKinetic Therapy® and Immaculate Dissection courses. Since 2020 Kathryn has pursued more of a science based approach to fitness and credits much of her inspiration from the Movement Logic podcast, which promotes critical thinking and scientific evidence. In 2022, Kathryn accomplished her StrongFirst Level 1 Ketllebell certification in New York City and in 2024 she certified in StrongFirst Level 2 in Chicago. In 2023 she completed the StrongFirst Lifter Course. Continuing with her interests into athletic training and longevity, she recently completed the rigorous PlusPlyos Plyometric Intensive Course with The Plyo Guy himself, Matt McInnes Watson.
Kathryn has a background in classical singing and has worked in the fitness field for over 20 years as a NASM certified personal trainer, a Pilates instructor and as a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis teacher-trainer. She has taken many courses through the years including all of the Gyrotonic therapeutic specialized equipment courses. In 2015 Kathryn studied Gyrokinesis Level 2 in Bali with Gyrotonic creator, Juliu Horvath.
Kathryn enjoys hiking, singing, exploring, and supporting her two children in various artistic activities.

Joni Day
Teacher
Joni Day has worked 30 years as a professional oboist and teacher. While living in Chicago, she took lessons in the Feldenkrais Method with Kathleen Aharoni to help with muscle tension, muscle overuse and address muscle holding patterns associated with playing a musical instrument. After moving to New Hampshire, she was fortunate to again meet Kathleen at a Feldenkrais Workshop hosted by GYROTONIC® Seacoast. After the workshop, Joni was invited by studio owner Kathryn Londoff to take GYROKINESIS® classes and was instantly hooked. From the very first class, she loved how her body felt doing the movements of the exercises; how the movements addressed long-standing postural issues and helped with continuing rehabilitation of an AC shoulder joint tear. Joni became passionate about sharing the benefits of the GYROKINESIS® and GYROTONIC® Methods and decided to pursue the GYROKINESIS® certification process. After completing the pre-training course with Kathryn Londoff and the Foundation Course with Boston Master Trainer Lisa Pari, she achieved her Final Certification in Los Angeles, CA with Master Trainer Dana Gingras. She has continued her study of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® by recently completing the GYROTONIC® Foundation training with Master Trainer Juergen Bamberger in New York City and the Certification Course, with Juergen, in Washington, D.C. Joni recently studied with Physical Therapist and Master Trainer Irene Rampino in both her Gyrotonic Applications for the Fascial Body Course and also her PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Course and is trained on the Jumping-Stretching Board and GYROTONER®️. In her teaching of these methods, she hopes to instill the belief that at any age, healing and improvement of long-standing body injuries and issues is always possible.
