Gyrotonic® Method
The Gyrotonic Method is a kind of fluid resistance training, incorporating rotational and undulating motions coordinated with specific yogic breathing patterns. It is effective for athletic recovery, tension release, body awareness development, coordination and stress relief. It feels like a massage in motion! We offer private and small group lessons in the Gyrotonic Method. Gyrokinesis class is the non-equipment version. Movements can occur seated on a stool, on the floor or standing. All classes are 55 minutes.
Gyrotonic group classes:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:00 AM
Gyrokinesis hybrid classes (online and in-person):
Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
